What you do
Use SiteQuote on real jobs and tell us the truth about it. Three things:
- Finish the Founding Crew checklist within 30 days. 16 short steps, most of them things you'd do anyway.
- Answer a 2-minute check-in every Friday for your first 4 weeks.
- Tap "Something's wrong" in the app when something breaks or doesn't make sense.
Don't finish the checklist in 30 days? No hard feelings: you keep 50% off for life as a Founding Member instead.
The 16-step checklist
Part 1 · Set up (day 1, about 15 minutes)
- Add your logo, phone and service area.
- Check our default prices for your trade. Mark each one "OK" or "I charge ___".
- Turn on your estimate page.
Part 2 · Be the homeowner (about 10 minutes)
- Open your estimate page on your phone and get a price.
- Try the AI Visualizer.
- Leave your own details as a test lead, then check the new-lead email arrives.
- Book a visit time as the homeowner, then check the "booked" email.
Part 3 · Quote a real job (first week)
- Do an on-site quote for a real customer.
- Send it as a PDF or email, with Good / Better / Best options.
- Mark a quote Won or Lost.
Part 4 · Let it sell for you (weeks 2 to 4)
- Turn on automatic follow-ups. Read the 3 emails and change the wording if you want.
- Share your link: post it from the share kit, or put the QR code on your truck.
- Make one social post from the social media hub.
- Read your Monday report.
Part 5 · Sign-off
- A final 5-minute survey: what's missing, what you'd pay, and what almost made you quit.
- Optional: a 30-second phone video saying what SiteQuote did for you.

Questions
Is it really free for life?
Yes, for SiteQuote Business, as long as SiteQuote offers it and you sign in at least once every 90 days. You sign a one-screen Founding Crew Agreement in the app that spells it out, and we email you a copy.
Do I need a card?
No card to join. If you don't finish the checklist in 30 days, you move to 50% off for life as a Founding Member, and we'll ask for payment details when billing opens.
What if all 25 spots are taken?
Contractors 26 to 100 get 50% off any plan for life. After 100, regular prices.
Will you use my name?
Only if you tick a separate box saying we can. It's never part of the main agreement.
